We seek a talented individual to run our dynamic, well-organized packshed on a 23-acre organic vegetable farm. The ideal applicant enjoys organization and systems, is skilled at training and leading the work of others, has excellent attention to detail, is adept at multi-tasking, is able to work quickly and accurately, upholds and communicates about quality standards, and has strong verbal communication skills. Preferred start in November 2025, but could be as late as March 2026.

Full Time: 40 hours per week
Start Date: Between 2/2 - 6/29
End Date: Between 10/31 - 12/21
Schedule: Monday - Friday

The position performs highly skilled professional work to provide operating and new producers advice on such areas as establishing or growing farm businesses. Additionally, it is tasked with building relationships, educating, providing technical expertise, supporting producers and food system stakeholders, as well as other activities. Responsibilities include researching opportunities for all producers with including an emphasis on areas such as organic and specialty crops.

The Diversified Vegetable and Emerging Crops Educator position is designed to work with crop producers and agribusiness professionals across a multi-county service area to solve production challenges and incorporate new research findings into outreach and educational materials that improve the efficiency and profitability of crop production. We are seeking a dedicated Creamery Assistant to join our team at North Sky Farm. As a Creamery Assistant, you will manage cheesemaking from cheese make days, to affinage, to packing product and delivering it to retail partners, as well as selling it at the farmers market. Must be able to maintain very high level of cleanliness and organization, have an eagerness to learn, and have an interest in certified organic farming, dairy, and cheesemaking.

Wisconsin Farmers Union is looking for summer camp counselors who love being outside and who love kids. Our staff spend much of the summer outdoors and having fun while working, teaching, and learning together. WFU Kamp Kenwood educates youth on cooperatives, agriculture, food systems, conservation, and civic engagement through exploration of play and arts.

Join our passionate team and play a vital role in connecting our farm’s fresh, sustainably grown produce with our customers! As the Harvest Coordinator, you’ll lead our harvest and order fulfillment operations, ensuring efficiency and quality while also contributing to the broader farm activities. Your strong organizational skills and passion for local agriculture will be key to our success.

The Farm Manager will oversee a regenerative farming operation in Wisconsin, managing cattle on rotational pastures, vegetable production, and poultry (chicken) operations. The role emphasizes sustainable practices to enhance soil health, biodiversity, carbon sequestration, and productivity across all enterprises while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
