Agate Acres seeks a dedicated Field Manager to oversee crop production and land stewardship. The Field Manager will lead the farm’s small team in daily operations, ensuring efficient and sustainable management of our flower and vegetable crops.

Competitive hourly wage, based on experience. ($17-$19/hour).
Seasonal produce and florals included.
MN Sick & Safe time accrual: 1 hour of paid time off per 30 hours worked.
PTO Accrual: .03 hour per hour worked.
Farm Team Lunch provided each Thursday
