Field Crew Member

With Boerson Farm
$14/hr + veggies

As a field crew member you will focus most of your time and energy on tasks related to growing the crops. This work includes, but is not limited to: bed prep, planting, seeding, transplanting, weeding/cultivation, pruning, trellising, pest management, some harvest, compost application (involves use of the tractor and skid loader), flail mowing and record keeping.
