Harvest Lead

With Sola Gratia Farm

We seek a Harvest Lead for our not-for-profit community vegetable farm. This position would work under leadership of the Farm Manager and work closely with the rest of the leadership team to help deliver high quality produce to our many different customers and food security partners. This role would focus on leading the harvest efforts of a wide range of vegetable crops with our seasonal crew and be involved in other facets of the farm operation as time allows.
