Gwenyn Hill Farm is hiring one full-time, year-round Dairy Assistant. The Dairy Assistant will work with our Dairy Manager to perform day-to-day livestock and cropping duties on our diverse, organic farm. This work includes but is not limited to parlor milking and care of 60 cow dairy herd, grazing management, assistance in cropping and haying on 90 organic acres, general farm maintenance such as mowing and fencing, general equipment maintenance, and accurate record-keeping.
