With Gathering Ground
$15-18/hour plus housing and utitlies

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations to ensure successful implementation of the farm plan and production schedule on a 1 acre market garden growing a variety of annual vegetables, flowers and some perennials. You will work closely with the Gathering Ground staff and Farm Manager and play a key role in both farm production and public engagement activities. Though we have been growing organically, this year we are seeking organic certification.
