FT Field Crew at Squashington Farm

With Squashington Farm
$15/hr DOE, raises throughout the year, end of year bonus

We are a small, certified-organic, human-scaled CSA and market farm that uses small equipment to tend our 4 acres. Help with all aspects of farm (field prep, planting, seeding, greenhouse work, weeding, irrigation, harvesting, etc). Season starts mid-March and goes through the end of October. 30-40hrs/week. Work in all weather. Work as a group and individually. Opportunities to manage daily farm tasks. Quick-paced, dynamic, friendly and supportive work environment. Sense of humor required.
