With Shepherds Brook Farms

Shepherds Brook Farms is a commercial farm located in Hartland, Vermont. In this position, the Farm Manager will manage and run a 400-acre Beef & Lamb farm, in addition to commercial herds of 100 sucklers and 100+ Ewes. The incumbent will work independently and report directly to the owner of the farm, and also manage/supervise a team of about 3-4 workers. This position is best suited for someone who has successfully worked in a big farm and is looking to venture into independent management.
