We seek a talented individual to run our dynamic, well-organized packshed on a 23-acre organic vegetable farm. The ideal applicant enjoys organization and systems, is skilled at training and leading the work of others, has excellent attention to detail, is adept at multi-tasking, is able to work quickly and accurately, upholds and communicates about quality standards, and has strong verbal communication skills. Commitment for 1 year, preferably 2 years.
