Rush Creek Growers is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic full-time Grower to join our creative, collaborative wholesale greenhouse team. Founded in 1995 in the Rush River Valley, we grow a wide variety of high-quality plants for wholesale customers throughout Wisconsin and the Twin Cities. Ninety-five percent of our crops are sold through a pre-booking model. We value biological pest control, teamwork, and a healthy work environment for both people and plants.
