$17-$19/hr, seasonal raises available after 30-day probationary

For the 2026 season, we’re hiring two experienced Field Crew Members to join our team growing, harvesting, and distributing vegetables and flowers for our CSA, farm stand, markets, and wholesale partners. This is hands-on, physically demanding, and rewarding work with ongoing training and regular check-ins. Season runs May–mid-November, 30–40 hrs/week full-time (part-time available). Ideal candidates are hardworking, team-oriented, and have at least one full season of production farm experience.
