We are seeking a dedicated Creamery Assistant to join our team at North Sky Farm. As a Creamery Assistant, you will manage cheesemaking from cheese make days, to affinage, to packing product and delivering it to retail partners, as well as selling it at the farmers market. Must be able to maintain very high level of cleanliness and organization, have an eagerness to learn, and have an interest in certified organic farming, dairy, and cheesemaking.
