Hiring 2-3 crew members to join our returning crew!

$16.50-$18/hr depending on experience

We are a four-season vegetable farm located in Afton, MN, just east of St. Paul. We focus on no-till, human-scale, intensive vegetable production, utilizing moveable high tunnels, paperpot transplanters, and other tools to make the work easier and the soil happier.

Crew members participate in all aspects of vegetable production, including seeding, planting, cultivating, harvesting, washing, packing, and farm market display set-up.

We have full-time and part-time openings for 2026!
