We are looking for someone who has at least three years of experience on high production vegetable farms. The farm manager will work closely with the farm owner to plan, execute and oversee daily farm tasks and projects. They will be responsible for managing all sides of production and leading a small crew in daily tasks. We are always looking for ways to better organize and optimize our farm operations and are open to trying new ways to make our processes better for the team…
