We are a family owned and operated cheese business in SW Wisconsin, where we farm 500 acres and milk 175 cows in a seasonal, pasture-based system. Our milk is piped directly from the barn into our creamery, where we produce and distribute award-winning cheeses across the country. 2025 marks our 25th year and we are proud to be at the forefront of American artisan cheese and sustainable agriculture.
