Dancing Gnome Farm is a certified organic vegetable farm nestled in the beautiful bluffs of Wabasha, MN.

Our Crew Leader position is a great opportunity for someone with prior farm experience who’s ready to take on a little more responsibility. You’ll work alongside the farm crew in daily field and harvest tasks, lead the crew independently when Lauren is off-farm, and help plan the work day, oversee harvest quality, and support CSA and farmers market harvest and sales.
