We are seeking a positive, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong communication and leadership skills to join us in the role of Harvest Lead.

The Harvest Lead is responsible for leading the Harvest Crew to execute the daily harvest plan and keep order fulfillment on track. With guidance from the Harvest Manager, they will help set the pace for the team and ensure that harvest is conducted efficiently, effectively, safely and in compliance with our food safety plan.
