Strategies for Developing a More Robust Rotation
Longer and more diverse crop rotations can improve soil health,
reduce weed pressure, help with pest and disease management and
boost biodiversity. But how does one develop a rotation best suited
to their farm? And how do you find a market for all these crops? This
session will take a look at principles and scenarios for building robust
rotations that work in the Upper Midwest, as well as established and
novel approaches for marketing the whole rotation.
