A Marbleseed Farm-to-table Fundraiser at Seven Acre Dairy Company

Marbleseed’s signature spring farm-to-table fundraiser dinner is both a culinary and community event, celebrating organic agriculture and the farmer–chef relationships that sustain the Midwest’s food system. The evening will welcome guests to Seven Acre Dairy Company, in beautiful Paoli, Wisconsin to enjoy a thoughtfully curated tasting experience from four featured chefs, each showcasing dishes inspired by seasonal, organically grown ingredients sourced directly from Midwest farms. Throughout the event, guests will have the opportunity to connect with chefs, farmers, and fellow supporters while learning more about the impact of organic and regenerative agriculture in the region. Proceeds from the fundraiser directly support Marbleseed’s programs that provide education, advocacy, and resources for organic farmers, strengthening rural communities and ensuring a resilient, sustainable food system for the Midwest.
