Do you find yourself depleted from keeping up with your everyday responsibilities and managing personal, professional or societal stressors? Let’s talk about the impact of excessive stress and how we are affected on a physical, mental and emotional level. We’ll also talk about medicinal herbs that can help to replenish our system and give us support day-to-day. Alongside herbs we’ll also cover lifestyle choices that we can make to be more in touch with ourselves and integrated into our communities and families. We will make an herbal tea together that includes ingredients specifically to help soothe stress and we’ll also brainstorm a plan for your individual needs for the year moving forward.
