Organic Farming Strategies for Transition & Maintenance

This field day will explore both certified organic and transitional land on a larger scale. There will be field tours (including buckwheat variety trials), equipment demonstrations (including a 60 ft. weed zapper), speakers on soil health, organic planning & equipment, and a farmer panel that will share trials & successes of organic transitioning.
