Cedillo's is part of E2L incubator program providing organically grown, seasonal, farm-fresh produce to Chicago metro-area residents a connection with their food supply and farmer.

We're excited to offer, “A Caribbean Culinary Experience” at Cedillo's. The star of the Caribbean Culinary Experience will be the “pilón” or mortar and pestle. This ancient kitchen staple will be the centerpiece of our farm-to-table experience.
