We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills to join us in the role of Production Lead.

As part of the Production Team, this individual helps execute all aspects of field and hoophouse crop production for ~32 acres of field crops and two 30’x120’ hoophouses. They also play a key role in maintaining and operating farm equipment and take the lead on mechanical harvest and bulk crop harvest.
