The Farm Manager will be the first and primary supervisor of farm staff, interns, and volunteers. They will be responsible for coordinating work crews to accomplish everything related to crop production: starting seeds indoors, managing distribution of plant starts, field and bed preparation, planting, cultivating, harvesting, and post-harvest processing. They will provide training and give feedback to crew members in addition to working alongside the crews to accomplish these tasks.
